1. Order Processing
All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by LuxComfort Furniture. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. If your order is canceled after your credit card (or other payment account) has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card (or other applicable payment account) in the amount of the charge.
Order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. At any time after receipt of your order, we may accept, decline, or place quantity or other limits on your order for any reason. We may impose these limits on a per-person, per-household, per-order, or any other basis. If we reject, limit, or otherwise modify your order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address you provide us.
2. Payment Terms
We accept various forms of payment, including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, and PayPal. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped. Prices for products are subject to change without notice. Sales tax will be applied to orders as required by applicable law.
LuxComfort Furniture uses secure payment gateways to protect your financial information. However, you acknowledge that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
3. Shipping and Delivery
We ship our furniture products throughout Canada and the contiguous United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated during the checkout process. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. LuxComfort Furniture is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
Upon delivery, please inspect your furniture for any damages. If you notice any damage, please note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repair, replacement, or a partial refund.
Shipping is handled by third-party carriers such as FedEx and UPS, as well as specialized furniture delivery services depending on the size and complexity of the order. White-glove delivery services, including assembly, are available for an additional fee in select areas.
4. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, less shipping costs. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Custom-made furniture is not eligible for returns unless there is a defect in workmanship or materials.
To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@recipemixbowl.com or call us at (415) 782-3901 to obtain a return authorization number. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
5. Warranty Information
LuxComfort Furniture provides a one-year limited warranty on all furniture products, covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse or abuse, or damage caused by improper cleaning or maintenance. For warranty claims, please contact our customer service department at warranty@recipemixbowl.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
This warranty is provided to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. LuxComfort Furniture's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.
Some products may have extended warranties offered by the manufacturer. These warranties are separate from the LuxComfort Furniture warranty and are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of LuxComfort Furniture and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from this website without our prior written permission.
